    Our lane pins got stuck and the service tech got the lane working again.
    Jacob, the night manager, for Friday night unlimited bowl is an terrible. Stopping the list was a worst decision as now every Friday there is a huge line just to get a lane. What is even worst is there no loyalty for the REGULARS who show up every week! He clearly doesn't want to establish any relation with customers as he keeps to himself. He comes off like a ***** when you talk to him, it gets to a point where I pray I don't get him as I pay for lanes. Kyle/Teran/Mitch/D (Snack bar)/Fernando/Peggy/and the rest of the other staff are the coolest people there. I always have a nice time talking to them as they are pretty open and welcoming. I hope nothing changed with them.
    Kyle, mick and Melissa always give me the best customer service.

    I paid to play for two (2) hours. From the first frame the number 3 pin was missing. I reset the pin. Still the 3 pin was missing and more pins dropped . I complained and the same problem. I spoke with M. Mickowlan at the front desk after the pin setter wouldn't reset. Still more problems. I was at the front desk more than I bowled. The very last time I went to the front desk to have the pins rest because the rest button does not work, Trevor wanted to know the problem. I explained everything. He reply was, this was the first he had heard of it. Still no help. I feel I should take all my business to Steve Cook's Fireside Lanes.
    I'm a usual on Fridays for the Unlimited bowling starting at 10pm. The manager at that time, Jack, did my transaction. I've had many other occasion before with him and every time his customer service SUCKED! He constantly has a RBF (Resting ***** Face, look it up please) and a pretty stinky attitude. This incident, he again had a really terrible attitude and customer service that I've come to expect every time I dealt with him. Not only is his attitude and customer service SUCKED, but he charged me for shoe rental that I DID NOT NEED. When he charged me, he DID NOT ask me if I had shoes, THEN when I inserted my card and realized that he charge me for my shoe rental, JACK PUSHED THE GREEN ACCEPT BUTTON ON THE CHARGING PAD making the transaction accepted. After asking him "Why is it $15 rather than the usual $11+ ?" he THEN ask me "Did you bring your own bowling shoes?" I said "Yes! You didn't ask me if I even have them." Jack then proceeded to give me a "blank stare" as if it was my fault for not mentioning it. What made it worst, he decided to go about other transaction without acknowledging that he screwed up the transaction. He decided to ask my party if anyone needed shoes, in which everyone in my party told him "No we already have shoes". Jack AGAIN gave me a blank stare in which I was already fed up with him. I told him forget it, I'll just be charged that shoe rental. I later spoke with another associate and they informed me that he was the assistant manager and that he should have refunded my transaction then. It was not too late and nothing could be done as the time period has passed. Look, I've been going to this location for a very long time and I got to know the staff really well. Jack is the only jerk that I cannot seem to have a good term with. I honestly despise him and try to limit my communication with him. He needs to go or at least be bump down in position. He slow at his job, he cannot perform his job, he disappears from the counter for long period of time, and he has VERY VERY VERY terrible customer service and attitude. I hope something is done about him as this has been going on for AT LEAST since he has been here!
    Heather the front lady was extremely helpful, she is every time I've been to this location.
    Heather, Kyle, Jack, Taryn, Katrina and Trevor are always very friendly and helpful. I bowl 3-4 times a week, and this is definitely my favorite bowling center.
