    Nathan greeted us with a smile and helped us with understanding our Summer Passes as we had not used them yet. He was very knowledgeable on the information he gave us. He was very friendly.
    Very cordial and accommodating with our requests.
    The center is regularly understaffed. You can properly staff the facility so I can buy a been when I want, or not have to wait at the front counter for basic service.
    Thank you so much to Cindy for coming over and explaining the summer pass to me! I was on the fence about it and she convinced me. I am so excited to be able to bowl more this summer and get back into it.
    Nice, welcoming, helpful, always kind when ever we are here. Cindy is always ready to assist us when our group comes in. We are with the group A.I.M and sometimes come in large groups and she is so nice to us.
    First, your front desk was understaffed as it took 45 minutes to check in. Brandon was alone both checking people in and taking care of issues patrons had on their lanes. The manager was no were to be found until later in the afternoon. Meanwhile, while Brandon was running around trying to make patrons happy, the restaurant and bar counters were staffed with people sitting around. It seems to me that if a competent manager was on site, that the staff could have been relocated so that the patrons were being taken care of properly. Then, once we were checked in, our lane was constantly turned off as the adjacent lane kept braking. Because AMF did not have a mechanic on sight, the manager was attempting to fix the lanes without success. Thus, I paid $41.32 to spend my afternoon watching an incompetently managed bowling alley being operated.
    They need to hire more people to work there

    Employees sucked. One kid was very nice and helpful when we first came in, but the others were terrible. What stuck out to me was a guy named Leith. He was emotionless and probably was high or something... He did not care about a thing and would not help us out at all. It took him 30 minutes to make a milkshake and by that time we were done with our game. We had ordered before our game started. He said he was sorry but I don't buy it. He seems lazy and rude. I love bowling and do not blame AMF, but please choose your employees wisely!
    Try charging a reasonable rate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Other alleys charge less than half of your "holiday" rate. We'll take our business elsewhere. Stupid marketing! We want to encourage our grandkids to bowl, but not at these rates. Your mini management from corporate ruins everything. We bowl two leagues at sthis location. How much longer uncertain!
