Team always takes care of us and gives us lanes when we practice!
Employ support. Am hoping that this third month review will result in my finally receiving an email promoting the $5.00 off my next next visit to AMF Mission Lanes.
    very frendly
Trish and her team did a great job moving the line when it was really busy. And also any time there was a problem on our lane, it was handled right away. The service is great, which is why I always come back.
When you cash people out you should have the same person do it. Because one person checked us out for the bowling and another checked us out for the beer I got double charger for 6 games of bowling which totaled $28.14! I was VERY disappointed because of this
We thought Tuesdays were $2 days all day but it was only for after 8pm. Our son was eager to play so we paid for 2 games. The employee was nice enough to add another game on him. It was a very nice gesture.
Always making feel at home and always helps with whatever problems arise! Great team!
My bowling experience today was during open play to get some practice in for my league and tournament bowling. It is really irritating that the lighting is always dark in the bowling center during open play. It's even more frustrating that the staff has to tell us that it is "corporate" that determines how the lights are to be used for open play. As a league and tournament bowler, I would like to get the same conditions that I would find during my league and tournament play, which is not a dark house, where I can barely see the arrows and dots on the lanes that are used to line yourself up to bowl.
FIRST OF ALL, by god!! there has been no blender at the bar since November. Really!!! For gods sake, the cost five bucks, buy a temporary one!! And what is going on with the giant LUST on the wall!! What are you trying to promote?? SIn?? Too bad it is no longer a family friendly environment, What were you thinking>??!
The lighting could have been better. I went in to practice, but it was difficult to see the dots and arrows on the lanes and the approach because of the lighting. The lighting is especially bad when our league bowls on Monday nights. The managers or assistant managers who we talk to say that it's "Corporate" that dictates how the lights are to be used. I understand that there are lights that are only supposed to b e used when the lanes are cleaned, but those lights are needed for the league bowlers who are normally the more serious bowlers.
