It seemed as though there was not sufficient staff to handle the amount of patrons this night. The 3 employees that we saw did their best to handle everyone's needs, but it being Spring Break, they could have used 1-2 more staff members.
They were fast and efficient I really appreciate it when he noticed the two left shoes and got me the right size with the left and the right I would have been disappointed to sit down put on to left shoes
Let me bowl even though I was a few minutes early.offered to set up score pad..informed me of promos and was freindly
It took a long time for use to get our lane. The lane also got stuck many times and when we called for help it never arrived. It’s really disappointing since I was visiting from out of town.
A lot of lanes were down. The wait for us was more than two hours. At one point we were number two on the waiting list then the next time we were number four. Somehow we were pushed back and other parties were pushed in front of us. I've been coming bowing here since I was a kid. I've never experienced such bad service. I will also add how unkept the place has become. The bathrooms were filthy and eventually ran out of toilet paper, water everywhere and smelled horribly like urine. By the end of the night as we were leaving there was a homeless person hiding behind the air hockey table hoping not to be seen. I'm am actually shocked how bad my favorite bowling alley has become. The city wants the downtown area of Bakersfield to have many people drawing the streets and making it more of an people friendly place but they can't even keep one of the best bowing alleys and not to mention the best fish and chips in town, Mossmans up to the times. Sad to see and even sadder my kids have to see this bowling alley as it is compaired to whatbit was when I was a kid. They get to experience a ran down dirty
