    We come in almost everyday to use our summer games card, which is great. My mom and I love your new manager Patrick. He is such a sweet guy and always happy to help us. We could see he was stressed out working by himself today with pretty many people for so early in the afternoon. He always remembers what shoe size we need and what lane we like. We were also talking about how much cleaner your bathrooms are and the alley in general. so much better these days. You guys need more staff to help Patrick out, but he does pretty good solo too!!

    They need more staff. The line to get bowling was long then when we wanted to order food we couldn't do it at the snack bar line because they had a sign that said order at front desk. It took forever to order the food because the front desk line was long. It made me miss out on spending time with my friends because I had to stand in line instead of enjoying my bowling which I came to do. I went to the front desk to also ask the young lady to take the bumpers off because we didn't need them & that a ball was stuck so they wouldn't go down. Another young lady that worked there stood on the side of me smacking on an apple & then asked me what lane. I told her & instead of coming right away she went to talk to the lady at the food stand then took her sweet time I come remove the ball but no the bumpers. I had to go ask again when she walked by. After I placed my food order it took about 20 minutes & they had the nerve to give me brunt bacon. I told them about the problem & they acted as if they didn't see the bacon was brunt as I walked away they started laughing about it & that's when I went back to ask for a refund. I expect people not to serve me food they wouldn't eat themselves so that was really wrong. I waited for the manager for about 15 minutes to get a refund. I did not enjoy my bowling experience at this bowling alley, I will remember next time never to come here again.
