The staff is great here , friendly and attentive .
Welcomed me in a friendly manner. Handled my transaction with expertise and confidence. Allowed me to pay my bill when I finished my bowling for the day. Answered questions that I later had politely and efficiently.
I went in with 3 summer passes and your employee made us feel terrible. His name is Thomas when we arrived he told us that they were not taking summer passes today, we went to play at the arcade for a bit, when passing by the register I saw a lady using her summer passes,so I asked him what was going on and he had no explanation. After that he only gave us 2 of the 3 games I feel like I was discriminated for being Hispanic because the other lady was Caucasian he didn't turn her away. How sad that all that happened in front of my two boys
They were very friendly and provided great service. Drinks were brought to our lanes. We were got instructions on how to use the scoring system.

Greeted me in a frinedly manner. Got my lane ready for me. Told me all about the upcoming Summer Senior League including details about where to meet, what time it starts etc. Told me I did not have to pay until I finished bowling.
Not exactly what the team did, but the lanes you have in place are smoother than a baby's bottom. I consider a bowling trip to AMF luxurious. Not only that but the music and lights are great and help set the mood.
I was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff on duty. This staff took the time to look up the starting date of the Senior Summer League and explained what time I needed to show up for the first meeting and where I would go. This staff also explained to me that I did not need to pay anything until I was finished bowling.
    Brandon was especially helpful.
It was my first time going to AMF and everybody was very helpful in explaining the price and showing me where where my lane was and who to speak with to play pool and even how much it was. They brought me my food and everything was just really fun. I had a good time and I am looking forward to going back.
