Starting from front desk to bar your staff is amazingly nice.I do have to say though Aaron in the bar is a secret gem in Tuscaloosa the drinks he makes are delicious I don't know where you found him but keep him perfect example of a great bartender
When there was a problem with the ending of the game. She replaced our problem with a free game. Kudos to Bama Bowl
Michelle is always friendly and helpful and you can tell when she is there because she goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.
Your bartender is refreshingly professional. I work for a company who sent me to do a job fair at the college I came to the alley to waste time after Aaron was extremely nice and most definitely knew how to do his job after dealing with what seemed to be children all day it was refreshing to be around somebody that professional I even stayed just to chat afterwards
Christina F. was absolutely helpful in every way. She was running the front desk and the bar simultaneously, and she remained calm, cool, professional, and friendly all evening.
Very professional, courteous and friendly server.
They made sure we didn’t need anything while we were bowling and brought our food and drinks to the table; very helping
Michelle has always provided exceptional service every time I come in. She accommodates guests whenever she can in a gracious manner.
It was a long line because of rush hour and we where in the back but no longer than five minutes went by and we where up at the desk. They where very nice and completed the transaction with a smile on their face and apologized for the wait
I am very ticked off at the moment. I had a large order of wings tonight that I normally share with my husband. Tonight those wings were so small and for the price of $11.94 with the league discount that was absolutely ridiculous. The wings were no larger than my little finger and I have a photo to prove it. I use to recommend the center to anyone that mention they wanted good wings but that will not happen again. How does the prices continue to increase and the product gets extremely smaller in size? I am seeing every week why so many of the league members have left and drive an hour to Birmingham to bowl; prices always increasing but then there are no improvements being made at the center.
